wow brandi .. you left a comment on my spider talking on the phone image, and so i came to see wot you'd been doing since my last visit .. i didnt notice this last time i was here, i must'v been in a hurry !!!!!! .. ITS BRILLIANT ... a fantastic photograph with a wonderful process .. your process really gives this an excellent creepy feeling .. i love that amazing silver water .. yummmmmmmmmo .. !!
ps the spider was only relatively small .. about 25mm or an inch including his legs extended .. thats the 100mm canon lense for you .. altho i'd really like to get closer than that ... i think extension rings are my next purchase ... before food of course !!!!! ... thats a very lame joke, coz i dont think they're very expensive .. not like getting another lens anyway ... :)

There is something magical about this image. The choice of b/w is bold for the shot and I think it really works well. The quirky/ smirky smile, the earrings, the balance of the pumpkin and the face really work so very well.

I agree with Roger on the panoramic feeling - perfect choice for this type of shot. The horizon is tilted just a bit down on the left. Perhaps a bit less of the sky would bring more focus on the cheerleaders.

BRILLIANT BRANDI !!!!!! .. you've nailed it with this one .. fantastic colours and i love your bee .. !! ... your bee is very different from the bees around here, much darker and aggro looking .. ours look like they wouldnt hurt a fly, yours looks like he's in terminator !!!! ..
