-----by RKTComment by roz: what i really really like about these side challenges is that it opens the door to much more experimentation .. and thinking out of the box .. than most ppl would attempt in a 'real' challenge .. well me at least ..
i love how you have composed this having that huge expanse above the objects of interest .. its like real life in a way .. :) |

-----by RKTComment by roz: i'm just in love with your depth of field .. :)
this is both dreamy and eye catching .. what a great combo ..
it would be wonderful if you included the camera details .. i find them of great interest when looking at someone's photograph ..

-----by RKTComment by insteps: That little box, on the lower edge, with a glint of light appears to be the reflection of somebody opening or closing a door. I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking at but it's a lovely, mysterious image. |

-----by RKTComment by insteps: At first glance, because of severe DOF, I thought you shot through a hole revealing the trees. The reflection is starkly revealed in a dreamy cloud of bokeh. I'm fascinated by the composition choices you have been making, with large areas of negative space to the side, above or below. This technique reminds me of Saul Leiter's photography. You might enjoy his work or maybe you have already seen it. Enjoying your posts. Thanks |

-----by RKTComment by mariuca: We call in paintings these "pauses in songs" that Don rightly mentioned, RESPIROS - monotonous parts of a painting that are left without any work to embrace the main subject(S) |

-----by RKTComment by mariuca: This image is like a quick remembrance of what you think you saw.
I understand you so well. I am in awe of "as found" little beauties wherever we turn our eyes to.

I got your back.by RKTComment by mitalapo: I like the confusion of who got whose back, the photog (of the subject) or the subject (of the other subject). |
