I was attempting to show that the hare was asleep while the tortoise crawled by... Maybe the image wasn't bright enough I'm gad you liked it!

While I did some PP on the picture, it wasn't really underexposed. I suspect I was pushing the resolution about as far as I could. The camera is 15 years old and only supports an 8MP image. This was about 50% of the original image so it's pushing the limits.
