Maralel Boyby hotpastaComment by JunieMoon: Wow, I love the soft focus on this one. Looks like something that they would use for the Christian Children's Fund or some other similar organization. It carries an impact that would be missing if it was left with tack sharp detail. |

Giuseppe and Conby hotpastaComment by JunieMoon: Great shot of what look like a couple of real cut-ups. Black and white works so well on images of markets. Didn't think they would but you have captured something wonderful in these shots. I was wondering if you have an ability to blur your background a bit after calling up the image? Not sure if it would give the two "brothers" more focus, but I do alot of that with my images. I forget to set the aperture to a more shallow dof, then end up with way more background detail than I want. |

Reach For The Sky Outtake SEPIAby hotpastaComment by JunieMoon: Wow. Love this one. The brown tones are absolutely wonderful. Really gives a lot of contrast and shape to the lovely geometry of this one. There is something really pleasing about the entire composition. |

Market Sistersby hotpastaComment by JunieMoon: Love the black and white. I think a bit more crop, possibly making it even a portrait configuration, would give the sisters more impact. They look like they have a lot to say. I'd definitely listen. |

Kenyan Great Grandmotherby hotpastaComment by JunieMoon: Full of personality. I love the pattern on her sweater. It contrast wonderfully with the aged barnwood. You probably picked the best one for your Best of 2002. Still, I think this one would have done pretty well, too. |
