Springby dahkotaComment by Tygerr: Nice photo, but the selective desaturation doesn't really add much to this image. It might have been better in full colour. |

throb.jpgby dahkotaComment by eac: This is wonderful! I didn't look at the title first, just gazed on the photo. And my first thought was "thump thump" with the "veins" through the petals. The "blown out" parts of the petals draws me to the center to the heart. |

throb.jpgby dahkotaComment by mpeters: I'll ring your doorbell back! Looks like a beating heart hidden away, just visible but in retreat. Not sure if your title made me think that or not. Lots of lifelines in the petals to further the illusion. Very soft in a delicate way. |

throb.jpgby dahkotaComment by posthumous: the title says it all. Georgia O'Keefe in reverse! a pink intruder in the land of pink. The dark blacks and the blown-out whites are what make this real and exciting. an ecstatic picture. |

Overlookedby dahkotaComment by Melethia: Looks very regal despite his small size! I like how you can see the detail in the individual feathers on his chest, too. |

_MG_7000.jpgby dahkotaComment by cryan: This is a very spooky shot. The color and angle enhance this feeling as do the tombstones. The exposure seems right on, difficult to get with the sun right in your face. I like how you have left just a touch of the sun in the frame. |
