this has such a wonderful summery feel about it even without your title ..
i feel almost transported into this image .. away from the cold windy weather we are experiencing where i live ..
the colours in this are so warm and inviting ... and the sun shining thu her hair sets this off perfectly .. the hat with the flower on it is a real added bonus ..
what i also like about this is that it feels like she is going somewhere .. a picnic .. an assignation .. just a walk .. does she have a dog perchance .. has she got a small child holding her hand .. i like that this takes me on a journey into my imagination .. :)

The even flow on top appears to be man-made, but it still tumbles in a lovely manner. I like the compact composition that fits everything in -- falls, pool, rocky continuation of the river, massive vertical rock and delicate foliage.
