For me I really love cats. This one has nice grey eyes.
For your photo...Seems as if your were holding the kitty and there is some movement as you can tell by the wiskers on thumb side of your hand. I don't know what kind of camera you are using, but try multi shots. You may catch one with no shake. The light on the front paw seen a bit harsh. Maybe try moving the light back or shading it a bit.
You get one extra point for cuteness.
