Your horizon is just fine - the land slopes that way, your tree grows straight. :-) I LOVE the colors in this and the sky is amazing - that line of low clouds with the light is hitting them is wonderful, especially that wee bit reflected in the pond. Really nice work with this one, Brian, from seeing it in the first place to the capture through the processing.

I agree with you about the bottom of the clouds being the true horizontal indicator. Therefore I would rotate the image just slightly counterclockwise to get that line straight. The color is spectacular and I love the bright white trunk of the tree. Very pretty image.

This is a lovely picture, I love the angle and the background. He/she is a nice horse.

My only critisms would be that it appears to be oversharpened and overexposed. Otherwise a nice shot.
