Great border, I really like it. I love this shot although I do feel like the red is a tad overpowering (I realize high saturation was what you were going for - I just do not feel like the red and the blue balance with each other) and that is what put this shot in my top ten favorites instead of my top four. Everything is so beautiful here - the sky is lovely as is the vehicle.. I don't know why but it really just appeals to me. Great image.

Great take on the challenge! While I really like the look of the photo I have to agree with smardaz in that the look is too cheerful given the somber message. Unless you're saying it's a good thing these shops go away. :P That said this shot certainly has the quality to do well just didn't hit the perfect storm.
