Palmistryby wsteynComment by cpanaioti: What works: the diagonal placement of the hand and the lighting of the part of the palm just below the fingers.
What doesn't seem to work: DOF seems a bit shallow. Seems a bit underexposed despite a couple of hot spots. The corners are a bit dark. It could be that it is too much of a closeup. |

Palmistryby wsteynComment by Pedxer: This site has a lot of people who are really good at photographing palms of hands, I think you talented folk are ready to start a new field of photography! Think about it! You could do palm-portraits of rich people (maybe their pets too if they're really rich) Why you could even do candid palm shots, or palm landscapes! Dont waste your talent get started today!! |

Ostrich Modelby wsteynComment by SJCarter: Great detail on the foremost portions of the bird. Beautiful shot of her eye. I'm not crazy about the crop - I want to see more of the bird, and less of her in the dead center of the shot. I like the background. Lighting is a little harsh too, washing out some of the color. Still, a pretty good shot. |
