I always love blue on yellow, or vice versa. No exception here. And the reflection just doubles my pleasure. :-) This has to have been a long exposure, so it's amazing how calm the waters were. Your subject is centered, rather than rule of thirds. Sometimes a no-no, but it works very well here with the trees framing the the reflection bringing overall balance to the image.

Abstract as I perceive abstract? Perhaps a bit more of a close shot with good bokeh than an abstract.
Do I like it? Like the smile!
Technicals? About average in the technicals - a touch of levels to darken the darks would give it a bit more pop.

Those muted hazy pastel tones are very cool and a little bit of a mystical air to it. The monument is a little too centered for my tastes, but still looks good as is. Very nice!
