Overall the image is a bit flat and I am not sure what you are wanting the view to concentrate on. The arc (which the name suggest is the subject) is a little to far left to be the subject. The hole to the right is what actually attracts my attention but is not interesting enough to hold it. I think if you had moved right and shot over the hole while looking thru the arch it would be a much stronger photograph.

I take a lot of under the bridge shots and they always look better in person then when I get home and process them. However, this one did not disappoint. I love it!
