I was there once, but without a digital camera - didn't have this wide of a lens so I shot from maybe 100 feet to the right of where you were. This is a nicer view, and the light looks good. A more dramatic sky probably would have helped, but oh well.

Overall the image is a bit flat and I am not sure what you are wanting the view to concentrate on. The arc (which the name suggest is the subject) is a little to far left to be the subject. The hole to the right is what actually attracts my attention but is not interesting enough to hold it. I think if you had moved right and shot over the hole while looking thru the arch it would be a much stronger photograph.
