Melethia,I voted 4 on this, not because of DNMC but because the shallow DOF bothers me. I wanted to see the whole iguana clearly. I love the color, texture, and patterns of their skin, and I don't think it does justice to the subject to obscure most of him. That being said, I like the pose you captured, and the light, color, and focus on his face is very nice. I got a laugh from the title too.

Yes, quite interesting. The dof on the street is particularly interesting... it gives me the feel of moving slightly downhill left... though I am not sure if that is the natural topology or a perception induced by the processing.

And it is a very cool photo!!! The texture is AMAZING! I always love these kinds of photos where the shallow depth of field makes them look like their heads are coming off the page at you! I think it worked well. This is a very nice location to visit time and time again, in all types of light (and weather). I tend to revisit places I like and simply find a perch and watch. Some nice photos come from such moments.
