7.52 Hands on hipsby MelethiaComment by SandyP: Well. Busy suits it. I find myself studying it and wondering how exactly you got this effect. It's so interesting the way the hands on the hip lady is so big relative to everyone else. Ever since our blur challenge, I have come to love the energy of blur photography. It also appeals to my love for soft photography.
I don't think it would be too busy at all if maybe the large person on the left were cropped out. Then, maybe your eye would be drawn instantly to the hands on the hip lady -- but just as it is is also very interesting. I like it alot.

The Bread Guyby MelethiaComment by raish: I think maybe 11, but unfortunately . . . Has he sold that car yet? Lovely shot, Deb - to hell with the scores (except the good ones, which you may recognise) |

Catching the trainby MelethiaComment by cgino: I love the depth created by this combination of images! Love the red lines, and my eye keeps going down that tunnel, just great! |

Tulip with overlayby MelethiaComment by cgino: This is very lovely! I love the texture on the the reflection (almost looks like animal hair) and the tones created by the great overlay! |

7.52 Hands on hipsby MelethiaComment by yanko: Well it's a good kind of busy. It looks like you stacked about 10 transparencies on top of each other. There's so much depth to it that is appealing but what I find most interesting is how everyone is kind of like the mannequins in the window. Although the humans move they serve as mannequins themselves, but not showcasing outfits rather daily routine. Message edited by author 2008-02-19 03:35:22. |

6.52b Nice day 2by MelethiaComment by yanko: I agree with Steve. Something a little more in the middle may be best. Although I do like this better than the darker one. The appeal for me is those shadows that help lead me to the man and his dog. It would be better if that bench wasn't there. |

Tulip with overlayby MelethiaComment by yanko: The texture on the reflection reminds me of a finger print. Was that part of the overlay or the reflective surface? |
