It has to do with the angle you hold your camera at relative to the flower; the plane of focus is always parallel to the lens surface, and at macro distances major changes in location of the plane of sharpness can be effected by altering the angle at which you hold your camera. Some cropping will be needed if you want to maintain same POV and alter the angle. |
