I really like where this is heading. On one hand the shallow depth of field really makes the filling pop up, but it doesn't do the flaky/dryness of the crust justice...

Should you've put a bit of Prussian blue in the mix it would have been taken for an El Greco.

I feel like the boarder distracts the photograph. Something about that bright white boarder and than the grey, it just notice it and it causes me to get distracted from the photograph.
