I am sorry, but I can't see what this is. From the title, I guess it's a rose, but what it really looks like is a dirty paper bag. I am not saying this to be mean, it was just my first thought when I saw the picture and I feel bad if I give a low score without justifying it.

I think if you would have shot this from a different angle to hide the brown it would have been a lot better, and also if you try a different crop.

It's nothing wrong with the quality of the picture, it's sharp and the bokeh seems to be planned.

There are some harsh shadows inside of the flower, probably from sunlight, which you would have gotten rid of if you'd taken the picture at a different time of the day (reckon this is around midday?)

Since there are nothing wrong with the quality, I won't give it a 1, this doesn't deserve 1s, 2s and 3s, but I will give it 4.
