I loved Bob Ross, i would watch every Saturday on PBS in awe as he created a beautiful landscape painting and then, at the end, take his wide brush, dip it in yellow ochre and with the tip, cover the beautiful green fields with these things and ruin his painting.

Lovely pastoral scene made nicer by the selective desat. I like the angle of the field which helps the composition. I think perhaps the highlghts could have been bumped up a bit and the shadows darkened a hair.

The process used for this image is the HDR tecnique; in this photo I think that it doesn't give the right result due to the fact that the background is too much important and the colours are similar to the monument's ones.
It's a pity cause the monument has the perfect parameters for the contest and i think you'd have to isolate it from the rest to have the perfect result
