I think your image could be improved by adding a little motion blur to give the impression of this being "real" and not just a studio shot.

I'm going to be honest with my comment here.
I liked this photo, but i also think i would have liked it even more if you have composed the shot by leaning more towards the building on the right (since the building on the right looked kinda pale compared to those on the left anyways). This will give the buildings on the left more exposure and possibly making it more interesting? Just my thoughts.

Very appealing photograph! The colors and mix of lines in the photograph are great. The eye is lead to the top of the hill as should be and the exposure is perfect. The lights look lit, but not blown out!
