Actually, I like the idea of the hand holding the frame, but its in a very unnatural position in its present orientation. It may be more bother than its worth to you, I dunno, but I would reshoot just the back of the hand to place it around the outside the frame. It would be a much more natural looking position.

Other than the hand, WOW, what an outstanding piece. I think you have achieved your goal nicely.

Now if you can play "Stardust" on a classical guitar... that's something. I like the overall warm tones of the image. Looking up the neck of a guitar isn't anything new or innovative, but the overall appeal is there with the light glinting off of the first three strings. The bottom fret (?) is a touch distracting.
