You are not using DOF isolation (a requirement) in this shot. However, long-exposure isolation from moving subjects is working rather nicely here; I don't particularly like the outcome, particularly the ghost of a man just behind the woman, the way that the legs are cut off the other "ghosts", the reflection of an escalator in the glass, and the placement of the main subject dead in the middle of the frame.
