My opinion is that if this picture doesn't win, something is a bit wrong with the voters. I love the expression on the middle guys face!
(Although the left guy seems to be posing for a picture, not doing something stupid)

okay, apart from the level of wackiness verging on the annoying (especially the one in the middle; looks positively a nutter), it's a pretty funny charmingly staged picture. it's also technically super; brilliantly lit and the colours (for what seems to be a night shot especially) are bright and clear and bold and lovely. the flame stuff on the left is a bit unnecessary (can't quite figure the reasoning really), but other than that greatly composed. the expression on the guy on the left is really funny. the pants on the right might have been going a bit over the top. 9.
