WOW, this was my actual entry! LOL...Went to a rodeo last weekend. Unfortunately, it was at night and under a covered arena. Needless to say the bad lighting did not allow for a high shutter speed, and I lost my shots. I was so bummed!

Just for FYI, as I did this research for my own shot: The Rodeo began in Chyanne in 1872, as to an actual official contest, but started long before then as games the cowboys on the ranges used to play among themselves before it became an actual sport.

I am so glad to see this shot though. I'm rating it high.
