I like the colors and the sharp focus at the top of the first flower. I think the dark space at the bottom pulls the eyes down and away from the sharp section, and leaves the overall impression of being slightly out of focus, though it is not.

Next time use a shallow DOF to blur the background. If the rose is the subject you probably don't want your viewer to get too interested in the detail of the wagon wheel (Just my $.02). Maybe a slightly tighter crop in the rose as well? Very nice though.
