Kodak POTD!!!by SkipComment by OFreasier: Aw man, I wish I'd known! I go into the city relatively often and would've loved to have gone to see your photo up in Times Square! I've submitted a photo, or two, of mine trying to get up there so I think it's awesome that someone I sort of know made it :) Good for you! |

Kodak POTD!!!by SkipComment by banmorn: Skip! Congrats! It was such a pleasure meeting you in Philly yesterday. Sorry about the gray day and lack of time! Hope you enjoyed seeing your name in lights on Broadway and it looks and sounds like you and the family had a great time. Come back soon and bring some sun with you! LOL! Congrats again on your Kodak POTD! RoB |

Kodak POTD!!!by SkipComment by KDO: Wow! How cool is this! What a beautiful family! What a beautiful photo! Do y'all get the feeling that the world might just be a better place since y'all are in it!
(I want you to know that I have just used more exclamation points than I used in all of 2004. Y'all deserve every one of them! And those are the first y'alls of my entire life.)
Bravo, Skip! It is nice to see the good souls of this world win :-)
May there be many more amazing photos in your future!

A Glimpse, Capturedby SkipComment by gajmaj: I love the highkey effect, simplicity, and the motion blur in the wings . If the birds head was sharper this would be perfect |

Appomattoxby SkipComment by dpdave: This a great shot of a beautiful area of the US. My first reaction was that I might have framed the lane a bit more squarely, but as I thought about it, the way it suggests the farm house just around the corner as a "secondary" subject, it gave me kind of a good to be coming home feel. Nice shot Skip. |

Erasure IIby SkipComment by thewriterside: I think you've figured out my tastes in photography. I love how it's abstract, but you can tell exactly what it is. Erasure is an outstanding title, as it really appears as if everything is being erased, or removed from memory/the mind. This is one of those great photos that can be interpreted in different manners, just depending on mood. Versitality... always a plus. Grreat job! |
