At the Getty by jdannelsComment by Melethia: The grass IS a nice contrasting element. Voters wanted it to be THE element, though. I like how the lens and angle combination give her impossibly long legs from ankle to knee. Love the bold black sky, too. |

Remnants by jdannelsComment by crayon: i recalled years back when i was taking a vacation in the sea (yeah, fishing "house" on water), i tried to capture a sunrise which is so dramatic in colour and texture - and i failed on so many attempts, i gave up and simply took the sunrise in with my eyes. and so, your photo closely resemble what i failed to take that day, and so, good work - you're really good Joe! |
