Good color, contrast and lighting. Good headline and subject. Only, shouldn't you have cropped it a little further to the right to show the congestion better? Chopping off so much of the traffic hurts the shot's impact.

Thank you all so much for your votes and comments. I do want to thank my boys for modeling for me, it was raining on and off that day and they stuck it out for about an hour :) I am so pleased to make top ten since I just got into photography back in January '04.
