three/thirtyby UNCLEBROComment by KarenNfld: I think it's a very good and unique perspective. I really like the clarity on the stems and I like seeing a bit of the vase. I might have tried this with fewer flowers, maybe 2 or 3. Then the photo would be less busy and crowded. |

three/thirtyby UNCLEBROComment by krnodil: What a fantastic perspective, like the way the sun is forced to peek through all the petals in various shapes and angles throughout the frame. Great texture detail on the flower stems and like how everything in the frame isn't "complete" - that is, how all the flowers are shown only in part. Would like to know how you shot it - shutter, iso, exp speed, which lens... |

two/thirtyby UNCLEBROComment by CNovack: Wow, now this is a dramatic lighthouse shot with some movement! Love how the waves are smashing among the rocks in the foreground of the shot while we see the lighthouse in the distance. As I said you captured a dramatic moment that captivates the viewer's attention. Love the clouds too. You have a great tonal range here. I am not to sure on the choice of a border. One one hand it adds a nostalgic, old time feel because I get the sense of aged edges and looking through a window of times gone past. On the other hand, it sometimes distracts & detracts from the main image. |
