A Moment in Timeby elsapoComment by Simonjw: This is pretty spectacular. I am curious about how much editting took place. Lovely image, not sure if I'd be standing there with an umbrella if lightning was in the air! |

A Moment in Timeby elsapoComment by geewhy: From experience, I would think you will get a lot of admirers and a few detractors for the "painterly" style of this image. The technique certainly divides voters.
I love it, the variety&gradation of colours in the sky is quite breathtaking. |

Untitledby elsapoComment by owen: Looks fantastic. I would like to see her head further down in the frame as well. Even though it's not meeded because it's a great shot it would be interesting to see her hair flowing out the back not in the mist as well (like her face). I would love to see it. I really like this shot and a nice model as well. |

Untitledby elsapoComment by wavelength: I think the overall composition I like.. but here face seems a little too disconnected from the background maybe. good work blending the clouds over her arms and chest. i would prefer that the top of her head not be chopped off i guess. |

Untitledby elsapoComment by SJCarter: Love the background and the tones. Really like the composition too - interesting choice of crop on the top (not exactly sure how I feel about that, not being able to see any other options). I'm not crazy about the transition of the model to the background on the edges of her sweater/top. The lines don't seem to meld with the flow of the rest of the image IMHO. I know that "harshness" goes with the overall feeling of winter and theme here, but not sure that it translates well in this particular area. Just my opinion - and you know I LOVE your work. The transition everwhere else looks great and I love the cold mood. Great use of lighting and color. |

A Moment in Timeby elsapoComment by JH: Looks over-saturated. There are strange colour-fringing effects as well. Gives an 'over-processed' feel... not sure if this is what you intended! |
