The opposites being she and hes? NIce capture of the queue of males. The dark shadow that is fallingon he right and the number of over esposed areas detract from an otherwise very interesting shot.

I like the composition with the repetition of the wrench. It fits the challenge in the sense of perspective. The lighting is a little muted and I think the DOF could be improved - either catching most of the wrenches in focus, or one further down the line (maybe the third or fourth) in the crispest focus. The foreground/background is a little distracting, I'm not sure what those splotches are.
