I think I might have chopped the bottom off to remove the rail, otherwise a good image.

striking subject. I would would change my framing to to more of a standard rectangle, keep the entire subject whhel in the frame, put that center star on my right verticle third line and lose the hint of the other wheel on the left. 7

rail should be level in bottom edge of pic. not sure i agree with the crop/composition. you show the wheel to the left, but cut of some of the main subject.... needs a bit of sharpening to make it 'pop'. nice texture/mood.
