Half Smileby JutildaComment by xianart: this is really easy to do, although not legal in basic. i do a duplicate layer, and do a high pass filter on it, blending option soft light. do a layer mask, and just have the eyes show through. this sharpens and slightly darkens the eyes. i do another layer and set it to screen in the blending options, using the same layer mask pattern. i usually set the opacity of the screen layer a bit lower, or it looks a little freaky...
