i was looking at this dumbfounded .. how amazing .. and at 200th second .. and i thought those birds wings moved really fast ..
had a brain freeze for a second or ten .. couldnt work it out .. then i read your comment .. of course .. silly me ..
another lesson learned .. if i ever had the opportunity to photograph humming birds i'd try and remember the multiflash technique ... we dont have them in australia .. so i might use it on bees ..!!! .. :)

anyway .. its such a wonderful shot .. and i'm extremely impressed with the lens .. and the photographer of course .. !! ..

Very nice capture of the hummingbird, I don't have the patience to stop one in-flight like that. Composition is really good and the exposure is nice as is the focus.
