I still think this is an absolutely stunning shot and should have scored way higher. I am sorry that your interpretation of "light" was seen negatively by so many (that anyone would actually believe that light, as in weight, is spelled "lite" is beyond me!)....I believe it is completely valid and this shot is spectacularly artful. Has also encouraged me to get the 50mm 1.8 that I have been contemplating for a long time!
