I think the main thing that took this to that next level, was to use a little Urban Acid action. But I didn't use it full force. I played around with the curves and saturation a bit. It really added the pop of color and contrast that I was looking for. Other than that, it was just levels, curves, sharpening and then added some textures with some grunge brushes around the edges, dusty corners and tape mostly.

Oh yeah, and I made the dog disappear. I probably would had left him in if he had been turned around the other way but as it was, his bum was just a distraction. :)

Doh!! I meant to put this under the photographers comments. Oh well, now I just sound redundant. :)

Love the story. Sometimes the battle to get the picture becomes more important than the picture itself. I believe when I left home for my shot it was around 4:00AM too. :)
