Very nice. I would have liked the right hand side to end all the way out at the edge of one of the cups, preferably the fourth, but if not possible, the third. I like the framing / cropping at the bottom, but think we see just a tad too much uniform blue at the top. I like the blue / orange contrast.

This is great! It certainly fits the challenge, but more than that, it is quite a good representation of abstract paintings that came out in the 50s and 60s. The colors are wild, the angles and lines arranged in seemingly ordered chaos and repetition works well. The diagonals make this appealing to many appreciative eyes.
