I would crop off the top to bring your eye into the center more. Lovely light and colors.

I love dahlias, I bet you went click happy in the gardens!
To bad I don't live close, I would love to visit that garden.

This shot is begging for a square crop to me, mainly to get rid of the top bit that doesn't do much for the whole... and black and white, but that could just be a personal phase. The accentuated edges make it look like a pastel painting.
