By far the best representation of what a good "tilt shift" should look like. It appears the user made an extra effort to separate most of the area to be blurred with great precision. I would have gone all the way by blurring the green area behind the trees on the far left of the image and blend the line between what it appears to be water and the sharp area of the pic.

It's the darkest part of this image... so ... it's overwhelming the image.

I do love the image... once I'd overcome the frame. The light on white is very appealing and the sharpness of the ornaments is wonderful.
