Rowing spaceby NiallOTuamaComment by jgoings: I really like the contrast and subject of this one. I think a bit more space to the left might be interesting. |

Streetby NiallOTuamaComment by mitalapo: Maybe a bit overstated (to match the contrast), but they seem to have a harsh argument. |

The Cuban habitby NiallOTuamaComment by jjstager2: A wonderful shot. Great pose. Great smoke.Great dark, sharp eyes. If I wanted to be picky, I'd ask for just the slightest amount of back light so I could get better definition between the model's head and the dark BG. Really nice work. |

The Cuban habitby NiallOTuamaComment by Garry: Very interesting image Niall. So many detail to focus on: the eyes, the hand, the cigarillo, the smoke etc. Personally, I really like this composition, especially with the dark negative space to the right of the figure (although I'm sure some will tell you to crop tighter). Only "negative" comment is the face seems to be lacking some detail, especially around the eyes and cheeks. I think maybe part of that is clipping of the blacks?
Anyway, I think this is a good entry...I suspect it will do 5.8ish? |

The Cuban habitby NiallOTuamaComment by Sandraatje: I have something for smoking pictures. I like this one too. The smoke in the shot, the look in his face, almost as if he's asking please let me stop I don't want this anymore. Very intruding. I like it a lot. |
