Definitely in the right spirit. I like the processing and that kind of sky that bear likes to capture, processed to bring out the detail. Love it. However, bear would have been fastidious about making sure the horizon was level! Nice capture with the man and dog on the extension of the leading line created by the path and steps, which is another bear kind of detail.

There is something very 'down the shore' about this capture. The border works on this one - making it feel like a cross between an old photograph in a scrapbook and a polaroid. The image grain, the shift in colors due to age, and the water stains project the idea that this as a well loved captured memory of a day at the beach. Nicely done.

The movement of going down the stairs plays against the movement of the clouds in the sky in a strange but interesting way.
