You’ve made potholes pretty.
I didn’t think it could be done.

potholes by NeatComment by streetpigeon: Congratulations, Anita. Nice assemblage of potholes past and present, a kind of asphalt bouquet. |

potholes by NeatComment by Neat: Thanks Roz, that's about the only thing I liked about the image too. Have to say I found this a very uninspiring challenge. |

History always repeatsby NeatComment by Cyrilda: History may repeat it's self but all the Kings men and all the king's horses could not put Humpty Dumpty back together again. This is a lovely structure and nice angle for the composition. Good job. |

A man and his dog in the seaby NeatComment by streetpigeon: Stunning, nuanced monotone. Enough tones, transitions and textures to fill a gallery. Lots of movement and dimension as the scene stretches away, the person embraced by the swing of the land, the dog venturing out into the sea. Even the footprints in the sand serve to emphasize an eventual vanishing point. I hesitate to ask if the horizon is tilted or if that's the play of extended terrain, especially as the rest of the image looks right.
One of three personal favorites. |

Islands in the seaby NeatComment by tnun: I find this delightfully stirring. the three stripes of colour, the humming variations within each, and that tiny strip of land like not too much chocolate. |
