Nicely composed, though I would have liked the sun a little further from the edge of the photo. Walking to your right a bit would have placed the sun behind the tree, which might have created an interesting texture with the branches, as well as blocking some of the brightness from the sun thereby giving you more detail in the foreground, and more middle greys in the grass. On the other hand, that might have compromised the road placement. Tough choices we photogs must make.

Probably not urban enough for some, but cities differ - and can still be "cities". I love the "border" of water... Really a lovely photograph. Peaceful but full of implied life.

Nice job on the tones. If anything I might had cropped tighter on the left side to get rid of the cars. Nice contrast without clipping the blacks.
