I love the bold golds and oranges of these maple leaves. It shows off the brilliancy of nature. I do have one small critique that I think will make this shot even better. The bold colors are very bright - almost too bright going to the brass side. It is my thought that it needs just a little more contrast in the shadows/darker tones to give it a bit more depth and richness. Just a touch (not too much) of contrast would add the depth dimension.

Love this too! Detail isn't quite what I'd want here (seems just a tad soft), but it's not bad either.

The aspect ratio is curious, and doesn't seem like it would be easy to do in camera - since that plays into my score in minimal challenges this is getting bumped from a 6 to an 8.
