This photo feels more out of focus than motion blurred to me. I'm not sure I really understand the motion theme of the presentation. I assume the CDs are falling. This photo is difficult for me to grasp your idea and intent. = 3

Hi Train...

This is an excellent portrait. It's simple and straightforward. The uniform and had create some interest for me as a viewer, even thought I'm not acquainted with the subject in any way. Viewing the image makes me wonder about this man's career. The look in his eyes tells me that he probably has a lot of stories to share.

The only room for improvement that I see is some possible cleanup of the background on the right side of the image.

I gave this photo a 10... excellent work :)

I think this would look nice with a diffuser filter or the fountain doing something a little nicer (if it changes sprout styles). I like the composition
