Grandma-Mother- Friend- that's meby trainComment by graphicfunk: A very friendly and warm smile with gaze dead on to the lens. Perhaps the white fade out is too sudden and possibly extended which makes me contemplate a tighter crop. However, the image is well lit and the smile very appealing. Bumping up. |

Bridging the gapby trainComment by gloda: You took full profit of the extended interpretation of this challenge. I like your idea. The lighting is very interesting, it creates that golden lone on top of the plants and the insect. I also think that your picture has a very strong and striking composition. The eye is led from the bright yellow sunflower, which catches the attention, over to the left. 10. |

Bridging the gapby trainComment by srbrubaker: Very nice idea. And nicely realized. Great bokeh. I wonder where one finds this flora and fauna in early February. I suppose it must be a submission from the southern hemisphere. |

Bridging the gapby trainComment by mocabela: A unique take on the challenge that works nicely here. Focus is excellent, and the vivid colours are great against the drab background - everything stqands out very well, and the photo has a real sense of life to it. Nice job. |

Bridging the gapby trainComment by Bear_Music: Outrageous! I love it. I was very amused to see TWO mantic bridges, this is far the stronger of the pair. The light in the flower is a little hartsh for this image, I think... But basic editing, so... Quite an accomplishment. |
