Colors in the sky and clouds are reminiscent of that what you see in Maxfield Parrish paintings. Lovely and ethereal in color - very pretty to look at in a photograph but not enough to capture and hold one's attention for long. I think (and this is just my opinion) it needs an additional element that would add some umph to the composition; it could be a plane, a kite, sunbeams fanning out from the clouds, a hot air balloon, a hang-glider, a flock of birds are just some examples to name a few.
