as a thumb this one jumped out at me from the entire challenge photos ..
especially with your title .. its a brilliant image .. loving the light .. and finding such a place to photograph would have been a photographer's dream ..
now i'll have to vote on all the photos in the challenge just so this can get my vote .. which will be really good btw .. !! .. :)

It's amazing how these three disparate layers come together in a quirky, somehow winning composition. It's important to really see and appreciate what one may be prone to destroy. The complicated delicacy of the bug (mosquito?), its perilous evanescence and the emotions it evokes are finely placed right up close. Maybe someone will now give it a pass. Surprisingly strong.
