i think yuo are slighty underexpoesed with a slight blue cast a common problem in doing snow to get those whites to pop esp on an overcast day

A lovely Alice in wonderland feel to this image. A clever idea. I'm not sure about the desaturation. It makes the model look like she is ill, but perhaps that was what you intended! and the position of the model's right hand, touching the fame (the image's frame that is) keeps drawing my eye to it rather than the model's face etc.
