I think it would be better without the nose - try cropping up to the tip pf her nose, her eyes are wonderful and don't need to compete with er nostrils. oh,and the light is lvley too. 8

I would have rated this higher if the lighting weren't as harsh and if there was some more points of interest in the shot. Maybe lower the number of pills in the shot and take one of the capsules and split it open revealing the medicine inside?

What an amazing group of colours.

The only downside to me is that the nuts are "wet" in this particular fruit. But nicely seen and setup all the same.

Composition wise - I think that a tighter crop to remove the distracting elements of background in the top left anf right hand corners would give th image a bit more impact.

Maybe this would have look better with dull colors or even in black and white or sepia ... these colors are a bit off. Maybe its just the orange on the bottom thats throwing me off =/ 7
